Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything!

Shuttle transportation will be provided from both hotels on Thursday and Friday.

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our closest family and friends and are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still celebrate with us!

We kindly ask that all guests follow a cocktail attire dress code for the wedding. Knee-length or longer dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits are perfect for the occasion.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Dancing will take place indoors.

In early October, Scottsdale typically experiences beautiful, warm weather. Daytime temperatures average in the mid-80s, while evenings cool down to the mid-60s. Light, breathable fabrics work well for daytime, but you might want to bring a sweater or shawl for cooler evenings.

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture all the special moments and are excited to share photos with you.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 30-minute drive to the Four Seasons and a 25-minute drive to the Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson.

There are plenty of Airbnb options available in Scottsdale. However, we recommend focusing your search on the North Scottsdale area, as that is where all the events will be taking place.
